RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return or exchange unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping costs if you want to return or exchange an unwanted item.

To start a return please contacts our customer support team at support@evexmas.net  or use contact us form for a return authorisation and shipping instructions. We aim to reply to your requests within 48 hours.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all parts and accessories. Please be aware that the cost of missing or damaged parts may be deducted from the purchase price.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

● Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
● Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Warning! If your item is returned to us because of the non-deliverable address or due to being rejected by the recipient you will still be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the actual amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Actual return costs may be higher than initial shipping costs and will depend on your address.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WARRANTY

All items come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. Ektor LTD will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or send a new product as a replacement. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect during this period, please contact us. We will provide a refund or replacement free of charge

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 2 business days. We will use the same payment method to issue the refund you have used to pay for the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for funds to clear on your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same or different item, send us an email at support@evexmas.net   and send your item to: EveXmas BalticsChaka 56, Riga, Latvia, 1011

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
