Delivery will be to the delivery address selected or provided by you during checkout. If no address was selected, then delivery will to the address at which your payment card is registered, or to any other address you have provided. Please note that we only deliver to premises located in the United Kingdom or Europe.

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the goods by the delivery dates or within the delivery timescales stated in the ordering webpages. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors beyond our control and therefore delivery times are not guaranteed.

We use major couriers like  DPD etc to deliver the products depending on your address and the order size. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number.

There are several shipping methods available depending on your location and the items you buy:

LATVIAN

For LATVIAN delivery will be next working day. For remote regions & islands, delivery takes 2 working days.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not deliver to any military base or PO Box addresses.
